BOLOGNA, iNews.id – Seorang pelatih sepak bola memiliki cara khusus untuk meningkatkan motivasi bermain anak asuhnya tak terkecuali Roberto Mancini. Mantan pelatih Manchester City itu kerap memutarkan musik dalam sesi latihan tim nasional Italia.
Kebijakan Mancini tersebut memiliki tujuan agar anak asuhnya rileks selama berlatih. Selain alasan tersebut, mantan allenatore Inter Milan itu mengungkapkan, musik akan membuat Gianluigi Donnarumma dkk semangat berlatih.
Media ternama Italia Mediaset Premium melaporkan, pengeras suara diletakkan di area latihan. Kemudian speaker tersebut dihubungkan dengan ponsel melalui bluetooth. Lagu diputar sesuai dengan playlist yang ada di ponsel, di antaranya It’s My Life milik Bon Jovi dan We Will Rook You milik Queen.
Saat ini pasukan Mancini tengah bersiap melakoni fase grup UEFA Nations League. Gli Azzurri akan menjamu Polandia di markas Bologna Stadion Renato Dall’Arra, Sabtu (8/9/2018) dini hari WIB. Setelah itu, Italia akan meladeni kekuatan Portugal di Stadio da Luz, Lisbon, Selasa (11/9/2018) dini hari WIB.
