Apa itu Present Continuous dan Contohnya?

Present continuous tense adalah bentuk kata kerja yang digunakan untuk menyatakan kejadian/aksi yang sedang berlangsung (present), atau rencana di masa depan (future).

Present continuous tense dibentuk dengan auxiliary web ‘be’, berupa is/am/are karena present tense dan present participle. Setelah memahami apa itu present continuous, di bawah ini sudah ada beberapa contoh kalimat present continuous.

Umumnya present continuous tense hanya terjadi pada aksi yang berupa dynamic verb dan tidak pada stative verb. Sebab secara umum, hanya dynamic verb yang memiliki bentuk continuous.
