When the three of them were taking a rest in a village, a robber approached and took everything from the wife of the chief. Sunan said that this village would be full of people and really busy.
Resolution:
Then Sunan named the place Salatiga which means three wrong people. The three wrong people were the chief, his wife, and also the robber who love collecting things.
And now, this village is known as Salatiga.
5. The Fortune Teller
Orientation:
In the big city of Taipei, there lived a man called Lee and his wife Mrs. Lee. Both of them had no children. This made them very sad and unhappy.
One day, Mr. and Mrs. Lee found a baby boy right outside their door. He was crying though wrapped in a blanket. They took that baby into the house and named him Xiao Lee.
Complication:
When Xiao Lee was a young man, a fortune teller came to Lee’s house. “You should send your son away,” she said. “One day your son will be a thief and cause a lot of trouble for you.”
