Picasso was one of the most outstanding and important artist of the 1900's. He is best known for his paintings. Almost every style in modern art is represented in Picasso's works.

Picasso was born in 1881 in Malaga, Spain as the son of an art teacher. He studied painting from his father and several art schools. However, he never finished his college level course of study at the academy of art in Madrid,

From about 1895 to 1901, he painted realistic works in a tradional style. Then, he entered what was called the Blue Period during this time. He only used shades of blue in his paintings to show the poverty he saw in Barcelona.

After 1908, he entered into the style of cubism. Among his well-known cubits paintings are 'Three Musicians' and 'Man with a Guitar'.

Picasso died in Mougins, France in 1973. He was a really great artist.

When Idulfitri Holiday, after visiting my parent at Pameungpeuk, Garut, I and my family went to Santolo Beach to refresh our mind. I, rarely take a vacation because I'm very busy.

The way to Santolo beach is quite good and the view is really beautiful. On our left right is full of rice fields and many coconut trees along the way. But when we nearly arrived, there was a long traffic jam so we hardly got in to the beach,

After we arrived, the beach was so crowded. But we still enjoyed the time by taking pictures, swimming, playing sand and go around the beach by boat. We stayed overnight in the inn that we have ranted before.

We got up so early in the morning that we could enjoy sunrise at the beach. My cousin played with sand and I took a picture of him.

A day at Santolo beach felt so short, we were quite tired for playing a whole day, but we were very happy.
