Seventhly, have a right self-concept regarding self-esteem. Self-esteem comes from inside not outside of ourselves and not be found on materials we have, success we achieve, it’s because materials and success only require phantom self-esteem that will not last forever.

Eightly, appreciate your own selves. Do not refute any simple complement said by people about us. Accept all those complements and think out further forward. Be careful of words on your mind like “I am stupid”, “I just cannot do it”, “that’s all just a dream”, “It won’t come true”. Those poisonous words will ruin your self-esteem you have been building up step by step.

That’s all you can follow to make your self-esteem enhanced. Keep your self-esteem and enhance it by following those eight recipes I have said earlier.
