Daftar Lengkap Nominasi Oscar 2021, Ada Film Minari dari Sutradara asal Korea

JAKARTA, iNews.id - Nominasi Oscar 2021 telah diumumkan. Film biografi Mank secara mengejutkan memimpin dengan 10 nominasi, diikuti oleh sejumlah film dengan enam nominasi seperti The Father, Judas and the Black Messiah, Nomadland, Minari, Sound of Metal dan The Trial of the Chicago 7.

Menariknya pada Oscar tahun ini, untuk pertama kalinya dalam sejarah Oscar, dua wanita dinominasikan untuk Best Director di tahun yang sama dengan Chloé Zhao dan Emerald Fennell masing-masing dinominasikan untuk Nomadland dan Promising Young Woman. Zhao juga wanita Asia pertama dan wanita kulit berwarna pertama yang dinominasikan untuk Best Director.
