Thank you very much for inviting me to a job interview for the (jabatan yang Anda lamar) position in (nama perusahaan). Unfortunately, due to personal matters, I was unable to attend the interview session and withdraw from the recruitment process. 

I would like to reschedule the appointment and therefore ask to fix up a new time for it. I sincerely apologize for this decision. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
